South Union Mills is excited to now be offering authentic footwear that is unique and custom made for SUM. The original of this shoe was worn by an officer in the Mexican War, and our friend Cody Mobley patterned this shoe from that original. This low quarter civilian style shoe, made from smooth out waxed flesh black leather and is lined with cotton duck, as per the original. This shoe features brass eyelets and a double pegged sole and stacked leather heel. No corners were cut with the construction of this shoe. Available in whole sizes. Note - these have been running consistently a size "small", so if you usually wear a size 10, then order a size 11, etc.
