Great quality, light weight, and ready to wear. I used some oil on my brogans when I first got them and wore them to a drill weekend with no sore feet or issues.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable right out of the box that you don't even notice that you are wearing shoes. So authentic in every detail and very good quality. Lightweight shoes and with every wear they look better. Perfect.

I am very impressed by the quality and fit of these brogans. The size 11 shoe fits rather quite snug, since I wear an 11 1/2. I had heel plates installed on these at the 2021 Resaca reenactment event and they held quite well marching in the Georgia dirt. Would HIGHLY recommend to any reenactor.

These brogans look good and also feel good, if that is possible for a brogan. I wore them for a full day of interpretation when I was on my feet most of the time and at the end of the day my feet felt great. That my be because they are a contract style and lightly built, but never the less a good fit and I am well pleased with this purchase.
