We are thrilled to have these high quality battery powered pocket watches available again after being unavailable for over a year! Provided in cooperation with K. Walters at the Sign of the Gray Horse, these watches are very high quality and are available in gold or silver finish. They are a very comparable weight to originals and feature a 2 inch diameter face and weigh approximately 4.5 ounces. The back of the watch is plain and would be suitable for engraving. You adjust the time by raising the winding stem. The back plate of the watch removes for battery replacement, and the watch utilizes a small watch type battery available at many retailers and Amazon.
How do these compare to our other pocket watch? Weight and size are the main difference - this Excelsior pocket watch weighs 4.5 ounces vs. 3 ounces on our other pocket watch, and the face of the Excelsior is approximately 1/8 inch wider.
