Work Petticoat

Many times, as dresses were worn out, the skirt fabric was repurposed into other garments or became a petticoat.  This hand-finished petticoat is meant to be seen!  It's perfect to wear over a corded petticoat.  Hand hemmed with tie closure.  Made in the USA by a living historian, for living historians.
