Front view of 18th century men's breeches

In the 18th century, men's knee breeches were the most common outerwear for the lower half of the body.  Our reproductions are made from any of our medium weight wool choices, cotton linen blend cloth, or cotton/wool jean cloth.  They are fall front, feature hand sewn button holes and buckle closure at the bottom of the leg, and cloth covered buttons.  This style of breeches were common from mid to late 18th century.  When ordering, please choose the appropriate waist size for where you want the breeches to sit on your waist, and then the appropriate inseam size for how far you want the breeches to come down on the leg/calf.  Also, please specify the calf circumference to get the proper period fit.  We are looking forward to you experiencing this piece of quality reproduction historical wear, cut, fit and priced right!
