EXCHANGE RATES AND TAXES
Overseas orders by credit card or any other payment will use the exchange rate on the day they are charged, which might vary from the exchange rate on the day of order. The prices obtained in currencies other than United States Dollar (USD) by using the built-in currency converter are to be used as general guidelines only and can vary to the actual exchange rate used on the day of charging the order. We reserve the right to change prices/products without notice.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Considerable care has been taken with the preparation of all information and prices on this site, we will not be held responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or any information given.
In the event that a product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
HANDKERCHIEF DIMENSIONS
All of our handkerchiefs are made from 100% cotton cloth, an organic substance that will shrink and distort when washed and sometimes when ran through the manufacturing process. Thus, the handkerchief dimensions that are listed in the item descriptions are approximately and EVERY handkerchief will not be EXACTLY that size. Thank you for your understanding, but we will no longer give refunds for handkerchiefs being slightly different in dimension from the description. We have no way of inspecting EACH handkerchief prior to shipment unless the wait time for orders dramatically increases.
ONLINE ORDERS
Once you have placed your order through our website, you will get an automatic email confirmation containing the full order details. In some instances these automated emails may be blocked by spam filtering services. For questions, queries or problems relating to your order please contact us using the methods specified on the Contact Us page of this website. Your credit card will be charged at the time of the order whether the item is in stock or it isn't. We have no control over this as our orders are processed through our Ecommerce platform.

Email or Facebook messages are STRONGLY encouraged. Telephone inquiries are welcomed, but I have a 40+"regular" job and family. If your call is not answered, please leave a voice mail message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please be respectful of us and call between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM CST

Are your online payments secure?
The checkout pages on this website are protected with SSL (secure socket layer) with at least 128 bit SSL encryption which means information provided by you during the checkout process is encrypted when travelling over the internet. No payment information is stored directly on our servers
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened non-clothing items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not refund shipping costs when the return is submitted as a result of no fault of ours. All custom made or ordered items will be returned for store credit only, no refunds. This includes items that we regularly stock but do not have your size in stock at the time of order. If we make it for you and it's not in stock, then we will accept returns only for in store credit. PLEASE NOTE: IF A CLOTHING RETURN IS MADE FOR AN EXCHANGE DUE TO A MEASURING MISTAKE OR SIZING ERROR ON THE CUSTOMER'S PART, THERE WILL BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. WE REGRET TO HAVE TO ENFORCE THIS RULE, BUT IS NECESSARY FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Sometimes shipping prices that are calculated at the time of the order are not reflective of current rates. In that instance, you will be notified by email of the shipping cost difference and asked for reimbursement of that cost. The order will not be shipped until all charges are fully paid.
