Reproduction of a 1770s-1780s English manufacture red Moroccan leather wallet. Multiple of these are identified to English soldiers, Loyalist and Americans. One of these was used by the famous English spy master Major Andre and is currently on display at a museum in New York state (Fort Ticonderoga). Made with actual red Moroccan leather, with a real Moroccan green leather interior flap as the originals. Reinforced with laid rag cardstock paper as the originals. Rolled embossed in the interior as the originals were, a custom embossing roller had to be made in France so these could be embossed as the originals were. A true work of art!
