General Davidson Porfolio

A faithful reproduction of the wallet or portfolio carried by General William Lee Davidson of the North Carolina Militia.  On February 1, 1781, Davidson was killed in a skirmish with British troops at Cowan's Ford, NC.  The British troops took this wallet from his body and it ended up in the collection of the British Public Records Office.  See more about it here  This reproduction wallet is made from Moroccan leather and features interior pockets.  It measures 7 3/4" x 5".  Completely handmade.
